Selecting the Tooth/Area 

After reaching treatment planner (check how?)

To add procedures on a tooth, click on a particular tooth (tooth on chart)

To add procedure on a quadrant, click on the respective quadrant (small yellow boxes)

To add procedure on a the whole mouth, click on the respective quadrant (small yellow box in the center).

General procedures can be added by clicking the small plus sign on the right side of treatment planner.
