A user can accessed by clicking the 'cog-wheel' on the top right corner to manage clinic and then clicking the 'Team' navigation.
From this page a new user can be added or the present one can be edited.
While editing a user, you can assign the following designations. Dentist, Endodontist, Oral surgeon, Orthodontist, Pedodontist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, Radiologist, Implantologist, Hygenist including Manger, Receptionist and X-ray technician.
The following right can be given to the user.
Account - A user with these right can see and manage all transactions done in the clinic. These include payable and receivables
Owner/Admin - These rights are given to a user who creates a fresh account on CAPS28. They are the owner of the CAPS28 account. The user with these rights can add/edit/delete account in their CAPS28 account. They can also assign a user 'Admin' rights.
Appointment - User with this right can create appointment for patients
Labwork - User with this right can add edit or delete labworks
Patients - User with these right can add/edit/ delete patients. They can view all patients in the clinic.
Treatment - Users with these right can add/edit/ delete patients treatment records.
